Couplers for ultrasounds:
Products developed to optimise acoustic transmission in material and probe coupling, ensuring constant and even movement of probe over all surfaces.
Formulated with atoxic products and with efficacious anticorrosive contents, they are suitable for use on ferrous and non-ferrous materials in a wide range of field and laboratory applications.
UCA-2 gel coupler for ultrasounds of wider use available in 200ml, 1l, 25l packages.
Products for high-temperature control (600 degree C) are available.

Colour-contrast penetrants liquid:
The simplest method to detect surface flaws.
Flaw identifying occurs at the end of the process by contrast between the colour red of the penetrant and the developers bottom white.
The line includes:
  • cleaner/remover
  • water-washable or post-removable penetrants
  • developer

They are available in spray packages or 5, 25, 200l drums.

Colour-contrast penetrant liquids and relevant removers are available for high-temperature control ( 200 degree C)
Fluorescent penetrant liquids:
The most complete and highest sensitivity penetrant-liquid control system.
Surface flaws, if any, are emphasised to control with special black-light lamps (Wood), stressing the fluorescence of pigments in products.

The line includes:
  • ost-emulsifiable or post-removable water-washable penetrants in the 4 sensitivity classes envisaged by the standards for the two product families
  • hydrophilic removers
  • lipophilic emulsifiers
  • developers

Available in spray packages or 5, 25, 200l drums.

Magnetic powders

  • FERROMOR line: Dry-use coloured magnetic powders. Natural light visibility as is the case with colour-contrast penetrants. Available in the colours: GREY, BLUE, RED, YELLOW, BLACK. Granulometry field from 5 to 170 µm. Available in 1, 5, 25kg packages.
  • SUPRAMOR line: Moist-use coloured magnetic powders. Natural light visibility as is the case with FERROMOR powders. Available in the colour BLACK (RED for special requests). Besides, the lines includes contrast white paints to ease flaw identification operations. Additives and protection products for use of products in water complete the line. Available in spray packages, 5l drums, 1 or 5kg packages.
  • LUMOR line: Moist-use fluorescent magnetic powder. They envisage use of black-light lamps for flaw displaying as is the case with fluorescent penetrant liquids. Various granulometries are available according to needs. Products ready for use in water or additives and protection products for this need complete the line. Available in spray packages, oil emulsion 25l drums ready for use or 1, 5, 25kg packages for mixing. The line includes electromagnetic crack detecting oil in 200l packages.
